Steven Goodale was appointed to this position on July 1, 2007. He reports to Klaus Entenmann, President and CEO.

Goodale oversees Credit and Internal Operations for the Truck organization in Lisle, IL and in Latin America, in addition to Mercedes-Benz Financial National Accounts, which services large private and publicly held dealerships. Goodale joined the company in 1985 as a Telephone Adjuster.
